Designed for 3+ Year Hairdressers, our Full Spectrum Blonding in-person, course takes you beyond the basics, exploring two differing techniques from sun-kissed ribbons to high-impact blond through a unique side-by-side demonstration.
Students will learn how to lead consultations to customize results for every client. Emphasis is placed on mastering foil patterns, highlight placement, and toning strategies that create seamless dimension and brightness across the entire canvas.

Designed for 3+ Year Hairdressers, this course focuses on contemporary men’s grooming techniques, blending classic barbering foundations with modern salon trends.
Students will explore men's long hair grooming, clipper and scissor-over-comb work, fading and tapering, as well as finishing techniques that elevate the overall look. Emphasis is placed on consultation, customization, and mastering detail work to deliver polished results tailored to each client’s lifestyle and style preferences.

Owner’s Guide: Building a Strong Foundation for Success
Designed for Salon Owners & Leadership, this in-person course is designed for emerging salon owners who are ready to strengthen their business skills and grow with confidence. You will learn essential strategies for developing a profitable, sustainable salon business, including financial planning, brand identity, marketing, and team leadership.
Emphasis is placed on overcoming challenges faced by new owners—such as client retention, staff management, and systems that support long-term success. Through guided discussions and real-world examples, participants will leave with practical tools and a clear roadmap to elevate their salon business from startup to thriving enterprise.
